Practice emotional and mental well being. You have been trained that you don't know your own thoughts. You have been trained to doubt your own reality. You have been trained that someone is in control of your world. Retrain your brain. Retrain yourself to know. Those actions were only their insecurities speaking. You are amazing. You are full of love. You are not capable of causing the pain they do. Don't lessen yourself because you feel sorry for them. Don't silence yourself because they are afraid to speak. Don't dim your light because you shine brighter than them. Don't forget who you are because they wanted you to. Know your values..Know your worth.. Know your boundaries..Know yourself..That way no one can ever hurt you like this again
